     100% TODO this is rather unsatisfying; it needs re-thinking. One possible 
     101% approach is to forego ConTeXt's \definedescription entirely and to 
     102% implement our own mechanism. This mechanism could possibly handle these 
     103% lists as extended paragraphs, with the term (which needs to be able to 
     104% express multiple lines) extended and the definition following. I think 
     105% this might be rather simple if we let TeX take over using its natural 
     106% system in this way.
