One possible 101 % approach is to forego ConTeXt's \definedescription entirely and to 102 % implement our own mechanism. This mechanism could possibly handle these 103 % lists as extended paragraphs, with the term (which needs to be able to 104 % express multiple lines) extended and the definition following.
